You will block your bootloader because your version is old. Follow instruction to unlock BL and update to last miui. If you update to last one without unlocking request you will have issue.,bootloop etc. Inviato dal mio Mi-4c utilizzando Tapatalk

Since one month ago root is not present anymore in the multi dev. So if you want root you have to install SuperSU every time you install an update.

On Mi 4C I've installed 6.3.31 and i was coming from 6.3.24 version. Very good, no substantial news but no bug or lag on my phone, also i didn't wipe anything , very good!
