1. No you don't have to unlock your bootloader to flash any rom with MiFlah (I flashed like 20 times using MiFlashBeta tool while my phone was locked,any official rom ower any rom dasen't mather) 2. updater app only updates , fastboot rom's are used with MiFlash only!

My notification led work's how it sould be, red,blue,green,cyan,white... all the colors are reproduced corectly, but yellow is kind a greenish , and orange also the same , tried with a few third party apps (same result).When charging it sould show 0-20 red, 20-80 ? orange (but it's light green)...

My network carrier dasen't suports 2G anymore only 3G and 4G band's , and my phone switches between 3g and 4g when it needs to do so ,works how it sould be in my case. I get half a day on 3g and the other half on 4g ,and 2-3 mins of no signal time.

You're Welcome ! Somebody said that he wiped system partition and stuck at mi logo after flashing rom ,(i wiped sistem partition and worked fine ,i always wipe system)

Thats normal don't worry that's a feature ,it prevent's unlocking the phone in our pockets ,if you cover the proximity sensor with your finger or something else ,the sensor is located at the left side ,near the earpace !! You can desable it if you want.

What i did was: 1 unlocked my bootloader 2 installed TWRP (do a backup, you never know) 3 wipe dalvik /cache /system 4 installed the 8.0.6.0 EU rom (october) (i installed it over 7.5.4.0 global stable) 5 rebooted back to recovery (i read somewhere that its good to do it) 6 installed SuperSU 7...

unlocking works on every rom even its stable or dev or china , dasent mather !!! I unlocked my bootloader while i had a softbrick after flashing succesfull from 7.5.4.0 global stable to 6.10.13 dev and that killed my phone at the first setup of miui when pressing a arrow to continue ,then black...

Yes i curently using it , no noticeable bugs , just small ones here and there. Actually unlocking ,installing TWRP ,wiping and installing this rom 8.0.6.0 EU (october) resolved my random reboot and no servece / signal drop / no simcard / network problems ! :)

Steps: 1-enter into fastboot mode (vol- and power) 2-use minimal_adb_fastboot_v1.4 type -> fastboot oem edl <- this takes you to EDL mode 3-case1 use MiFlashSetup-Beta ,you sould see com port ,and then you can flash rom (read more because you need more info to get it work) -case2 if you can...

Yes happened before with me as well! Why does this happens ,well read the random reboot section ! Short story, beacuse of android 6.0 marsmallow / kernel / memory/ instability !

Yes i updated from global stable 7.5.4.0 to 6.9.22 beta and then the random reboots are gone but random power off's apear ,yes to tur on the device i had to press the button, like 10 seconds to turn it back on (a normal is about 3 sec) . Read random reboot section and you will find why it is...
