Just start your phone in fastboot mode and connect it to the PC and check the bootloader status in Mi unlocktool. For my M11 Venus the bootloader status is in the top and not bottom, if I restart my phone. Its Just a open lock or closed of the bootloader is locked. Example as attachement.

I also had issues with the cloud backup. So I deleted all data for the cloud backup app and now it works.

I have the same issue like the others here with this release. The android auto overlay is broken. Maybe you are better with the seach function, because I find nothing helpful.

I had the same issue. But After I restarted my phone Into fastboot my PC saw my phone. (holding voldown and Power button) I did this 5 or 6 times and everytime the update failed. So I changed the usb cable and the first try worked well.

I did a dirty flash from A11 weekly to A12 weekly and dont have this issues. Mi11 Venus
