    You're not supposed to restore any backups when clean flashing. It'll mess up the install. Backup what you need manually.

    No. Clean flash means userdata partition format. Internal storage is in the userdata partition. TWRP is a relic of the past at this point. There's nothing entirely safe about it, especially on newer devices.
