Found the solution for classic theme adaptive icons "bug". Head to Settings -> Installed Apps -> Themes and delete all data. Then it works. -

I have exactly the same problem. Some icons get themed, some dont. Theme is "classic". -

This version is not theming all icons properly. Some have rounded corners some dont. Any solutions? Also Play store is keep asking me not to use data for downloading apps... -

minor bug: swiping up (home) in dialer doesn't minimise to dialer icon (all other apps do minimise to their icons) -

Erase all in twrp (including format data), reboot to recovery, transfer the rom file, install, reboot this way I was able to install on Mi Mix 2 -
