Unlock bootloader Xiaomi 13 CN with Globel Rom need help

Hello everyone ! Well, I bought the device from the site and according to the seller, its CN devie and they modifiy it to install the Globel rom , attached the screen of my currentlly version : so i tried to unlock the bootloader with Mi unlock software and showing below error attached...
