Installation through fastboot went fine on my 13 Ultra. I had some apps crashing as well at first, after wiping data for all those apps and a reboot, haven't had any app crashes anymore so far.

Besides the system update status and not everything being translated, it runs pretty great on my 13 Ultra. Fingerprint animation works fine and the stutters went away after multiple reboots and using it for a while. Keep in mind this is only the first build based on HyperOS, so it won't have...

Funnily enough, I don't have a shutter sound at all on my Xiaomi 13 ultra. No option to turn it on either. Not complaining though, fine by me.

Installed through fastboot over the previous weekly, installation worked fine. Now testing time, but very good work for sure.
