If you get the warnings in twrp, go to the main menu of twrp, then reboot to recovery, and try to dirty flash again. Warnings are from the twrp, not the rom. I had the same warnings.

You need to click on the 2nd option to connect to wifi. After wifi is connected, then go back and choose the 1st option and enter your password for your Mi account.

Just download the rom from xiaomi firmware updater dot com. Then extract it. Flash it in fastboot mode.
In linux use:
CD to the file directory
Sudo fastboot flash logo logo.img
Sudo fastboot reboot
Stable is working fine on my Mi 10T Pro, only problem is switching from WiFi to mobile data. Switching to mobile data, no internet connection. I switch on and off airplane mode , then mobile data starts working. Gallery is working fine for me.
I had errors while formatting data on twrp 3.5.0, read on a Russian forum to use the twrp 3.4.2 beta and format data 5 times. Errors are gone, no longer getting rebooted to recovery. I can update ROM from twrp.
