    Lol. If youre changing to ICS from Gingerbread, you have to wipe, HENCE your constant force closing. If you're already on an MIUI ICS rom and are flashing 2.4.6, then no, you don't have to do a full wipe. Backup everything and then wipe. If you backup, you won't lose anything. Simple. :)...
