New install doesn't solve, I tried with xiaomi.eu and global rom, more versions, all with this issue.

Memory is encrypted, you have to format data to see it from twrp.

Starting from an official china rom or fake rom, I have to wipe system before installing xiaomi.eu rom or formatting data is enough?

Try to format data in twrp and install from otg, but you will loose all data.
