Yes, I tried this. This NOT resolve problem. ONLY full wipe resolve this problem. Then, after next update, problem come back... In original Xiaomi rom (global, stable or dev from "en.miui.com"), I never, not must, enable debugging option. MIPC suite always working ok on this roms. After update...

I have the same problem on ALL MIUI v6 xiaomi.eu roms. After update, cannot connect to MIPC suite (http://pcsuite.mi.com/). WIPE ALL DATA resolve the problem, then after install next updates, problem comes back. Please don't ignore... Link to problem description...
