    Option to change locale?

New to forum and MIUI.eu ROMs. Running Stable 10.4.6 on my K20 Pro, with Magisk 20.0. There doesn't appear to be any options to change locale. Apps etc all show UK as default country. Is there a way to change locale to reflect my current country and not UK?
