I'm using stock china rom 12.0.13. Use ADB to uninstall more than 90% xiaomi bloatware. And everything work flawless, maybe I should stick with china rom until official EU stable rom release.

I'm using mi max 3 too, but I do not have any of these problems. Try clear davik and cache then re-install again!

Thank you, just solved this problem. I downloaded mirror california at first, but maybe this mirror had some problem (stuck at 99% but it's still finished after 30 second of this stuck). Then I re-dowload via texas mirror. Now everything work fine, thank you again :)!

Dear @ingbrzy Just install via twrp on mi max 3. It's shown error "updater process ended with error :7" then it's request me to reboot my phone. Now my phone stop at black screen of Mi logo. I tried to reboot and clear davik but nothing change, what should I do now?

Yes, just install about 30 minutes ago, evething is fine! (install direct from TWRP, no need clean or dirty install)

I did clean install and get back to 8.11.15, maybe I'll re-install 8.11.29 later :(

Done with magisk uninstaller then re-install rom again, there is still delay but less than before uninstall magisk just a little bit :(. Thank you :)
