Yes mate the galaxy 1 and 2 and 3 all had FM radios Samsung decided to remove FM radio from galaxy s4 and galaxy s5 saying people stream there music but there been complaints that streaming uses to much data and people wanted FM radio so I guess Samsung added it back on the i9506 galaxy s4 now...

Testing it now mate on latest touch philz recovery it's still got no service bug baseband unknown version MIUI 4.5.9 unknown baseband version stick with MIUI 4.4.11 which is last working ROM

Go into touch philz Go into touch philz recovery backup and restore back up to sdcard1 Then install latest MIUI ROM any problems you just simply restore from backup sdcard1 everything will be working again

Delete download and re download the ROM also try cleaning cache and delvk cache

I don't know I haven't had time to check but do a back up to sdcard 1 in touch philz recovery then install ROM if there is error restore back from the back up

Maybe MIUI could produce a step by step guide to increase the galaxy s2 system partition to 1gb or 2gb preferably and resize the others that maybe can be done in Odin or another way if the guide is followed there can't be any errors
