Yes it would be very nice to have last Miui 10 stable from Xiaomi.eu but they stopped cancro support. I am Italian and there are Miui.it builds of stable Miui 10 for mi3, mi4, if you are interested about: https://www.miui.it/download-miui/ I also suggest to use this fix, it recovers all 4 cores...

I tried for one week fixcpu v4 but it worked well only at the beginning, now only 3 cores work normally, one is always off.
