I had similar issue on other rom. Try clearing dalvik and reinstalling rom, that could help

I know. Headset is playing sounds, but pressing button does nothing. I have test app that does nothing that captures 2 events: ACTION_MEDIA_BUTTON and ACTION_HEADSET_PLUG ACTION_HEADSET_PLUG is detected ok, ACTION_MEDIA_BUTTON is not Headset is ok, I've tested it on QDT and MIUI firmware

Tried that, home started working. Still headset is detected, but icon is not shown. And headset button not works - same as on MoKee roms. It works as screen tap and is not firing proper ACTION_MEDIA_BUTTON event

Because functions they want still do not work properly? If something is working for you that does not mean it should work for everyone. Phones are different even of same model.

HOME button is not working for me in 0.3.6 :( Headset is not detected at all I'll try clearing caches again, but I don't think that'll help
