If your device has a global version and the rom you are using is china based, it works fine.

It works for devices that have an equivalent global version, or devices that use the global version as a base rom.

The problem with Whatsapp is not related to the rom, it is the application that for some reason stops working. My Whatsapp logged in normally before, and the last time I did a clean install, I had the same problem. I solved it with root + tricky store module.

I tested it on the Poco X6 Pro (duchamp) and it doesn't work, it requires hardware integration for it to work.

It's a problem with Whatsapp, it happens in AOSP too.

We use the global version of the calendar app, and therefore it does not have widgets available in App Vault. It's Xiaomi's fault.
