    With Android 10 the encryption changed in some way. Old TWRP can't handle it. As i understand you tried to update the ROM with old TWRP and after that you updatet your TWRP. But you have to have updatet the TWRP first. I think that messed up something.

    Format data Restart in TWRP Copy the ROM and install Done!
