Ok, I just found out that my ROM is fake... :( Maybe that's the reason for this bug but I still need a solution

I have phone just a couple of weeks and vibration just stopped working. MIUI Version is V8.0.4.0.LXKCNDG, ROM Globale stabile version. Vibration for all calls is turned on, Vibrate in silente mode option is also on. I turned on option Vibrate on touch, it doesn't vibrate either. Is it a bug, or...
