Installed last HyperOS 2.1 on my Xiaomi 13 Ultra (ishtar) and have a problem with notifications. Notifications are coming only when screen is turned on. If device lied down, then I see notifications only when I turn on the screen. I fixed it by freezing powerkeeper apk. But I believe here...
