Mail & browser "windows" bug
Run the mail app in compatibility mode (Settings, programs, manage applications, Email). This 'fixed' it for me. The black text is now white and bold white. -
Alarm settings
Launch the Clock application (inside the Tools folder by default) then go to the Alarm icon at the bottom. Set alarm. Close apps. Wake up on time! :)- rayfin

Two Camera Icons and Other Questions
I believe the reasoning for 2x camera icons. 1) MIUI Camera 2) Stock GB Camera. In the lastest build, I only have 1x camera, the MIUI Camera.- rayfin
