    "Phone idle" now competes with "Screen" in battery consumption. It drains much faster than in MM rom even over night, with Battery saver activated.

    MIUI 9 Global beta has bad GPS, for Europe, at least. Xiaomi.eu version is ok.

    MIUI 9 Global beta is nice and all, but GPS is bad... Hoping Xiaomi.eu or stable version fixes that.

    6-7h SOT with 8.1.4.0(last MM Global). Battery lasts a second day sometimes, usually with 4-5h SOT. About 3% drain overnight, with energy saving active(auto). Everything on(wifi,4g,bt,gps,auto brightness), only 1 app autostart(smartwatch). Phone is about 6 months old. From what I see on forums...

    That is brilliant. If it works, of course...I would record 1080p hevc with lower bitrate. I sometimes transcode bigger videos from the phone using the PC and hevc anyway, to make them smaller

    Audio recording quality would be ok if it didn't lack bass... No other problem with it. Pisses me off when trying to record videos of my turbo Subaru with custom exhaust :-(

    With global 8.1.4.0 I consistently get 6+ hours sot with everything on, but no autostarts. No lags, no problems, not hot. I think I'll stick with it untill Nougat matures...

    Most other cameras from store have 4k, like *no-support-for-this-app-on-this-forum*. Also, 4k recording on 16GB(12) device is overkill, space runs out very quickly.
