Have found it is not possible to unlock this bootloader. Xiaomi have been totally useless in assisting and have offered no solution. Will sell the phone and buy a proper Samsung. Lesson learned.

Have a Redmi Note 13pro with a chinese ROM. Tried unlocking but when I log in it says this number is associated with another account Use another phone number or delete the other account. I do not have another account. Have tried looking everywhere. No luck. Trying to use mi unlock to flash ROM.
