Dual Frequency GNSS? not enabled? how come? not working...

Hi there, Since i got the Xiaomi mi8, i can t get the decimeter level of accuracy claimed by this broadcom chip (dual frequency GNSS). I have seen 2 rom automated to now and hoped to get it working, at best i got a 4 meters accuracy. I just hope this is a ROM issue. I need expert advices...
