error 20045 and bootloader

Hello I have a mi5 and as it is no longer updated I would like to know how I can unlock my bootloader to install a more recent rom of Lineages which is more recent and works, moreover when I want to link my account I have an error message 20045 so I would also like to be able to resolve this...
