Basically I am like a dog with rabies right now... Searching through forums, sites and people that can help... If anyone have idea how to unlock jsut the bootloader or can do it remotely, everything else is normal and easy. I mean the phone is pretty good... I have used one like this before...

Hello! I got a Xiaomi 13 from China with wrong ROM and locked bootloader. I have no idea what was done to it. But It says it could NOT be unlocked and I can't start a flashing even. I readed some things about China account authentication servers offline and etc. So.... Am I done with this phone...
