Mi 10 ultra, when I use 'recents' pressing on one of the small apps doesn't do anything

I'd second that. If you aren't rooted, it's more than likely having a TWRP folder causing issues.

I just pressed power and volume up together, and kept them held for about five minutes, it kept rebooting itself many times, but then eventually twrp just opened, once I was into twrp it was straightforward for me (recognised the OTG and USB as soon as plugged in). I've no idea how to update...

I'm beginning to wonder if it is a TWRP issue, I'm still using one of the first ones. Maybe those who aren't having problems are using a more recent?

OK, I've just downloaded last weeks (or weeks before: 21-4-28) and shoved it onto usb drive and used OTB. Flashed it back OK, and seems to have not wiped any data (although not thoroughly checked yet)

Got into TWRP now, but there are no download folders, and if I choose storage options, both HD and USB say 0MB and choosing reboot says no operating system installed

If I root Ultra, install the chinese camera app... am I then able to un-root, and if so, will the chinese camera app still work? (I think the EU camera app is pretty bad, and I've also got the *no-support-for-this-app-on-this-forum* app/mod). Many phones before this had better camera, dunno if I'm doing something wrong
