To modify system files you have to change system to R/O from R/W , though i'm not sure how it behaves on android 11 .. Look at the top of your screenshot , 2.40gb used 1,37gb free , r/w .. Which rom it's installed on the device now ??

What rom you want to flash ?? If you want latest developer rom .. For start use the twrp 0623 , flash the new rom , then change twrp to 1206 , if you have issues with the rom just reflash it again with 1206 twrp .. Now you are with official rom , you need to do a format data for sure..

Change twrp to 0623.. You have Android 10 rom now that's why you have loop at twrp , you didn't flash Android 11 yet .. Flash Android 11 rom with 0623 twrp , then change twrp to 1206.. Or anyway , if you want to flash any of Android 10 roms , use 0623 twrp .. And you don't need any OTG for Poco...

For lmi and cmi things are fine against umi .. Personally i never flash the rom with little turtle 3.4.0 twrp , i use other rom based of course on EU rom.. Until December 8 i was using 0623 on lmi , then i changed to 1206 twrp and I'm still with 1206 now cause as i said i don't flash a rom...
