You have to download official fastboot rom , extract and take the official mi recovery.img from images folder .. Flash stock recovery.img , enter to mi recovery and wipe all data .. Reboot your device ... If you already flashed EU rom then your device will open and after all you can flash twrp...

Inside images folder of a stock rom it has the recovery.img ( NO boot.img ) , flash it via fastboot as you did with twrp ..

You have to use stock mi recovery to wipe data .. So , flash mi recovery ( take the img from stock rom ) , enter to mi recovery , wipe all data , reboot to system .. After that flash twrp again ..

Apn works for me but the only thing that changed on my case is that with reuploaded rom i have the volte icon on statusbar , though it was enabled all the time it's first time that i saw volte icon on statusbar .. so for me this is a fix ..

Personally updated both times from first to reuploaded .. no apn issue ..

APN settings works for me .. mi 10 umi , no problem .. Seems this is a pretty weird issue for some users ..

Try to uninstall and reinstall Viber and check if you still have this issue..

Ok , you have to use the 0623 or 1206 twrp firstly .. you are with an old android 10 rom and you have to use older twrp to update from A10 to A11 .. Download and put new rom in your sd card , disable fingerprint and pin code .. Then , you have to enter fastboot mode with command .. fastboot boot...

Did you flash latest rom miui 12.5 or not ??

I did a clean install with format data and factory reset with version 21.3.10 on mi 10 , after that only updates , i don't have problems , webview updated also .. I use 3.5...v1.1 twrp ( 08/03/21 ) ..

Always on display works only for amoled screens ..

It does nothing because you are with an old rom version and updater changed , you are with a rom with android 10 and latest is android 11 , you'll need latest twrp .. If you're not familiar with flashing process you have to read well before proceed to flash , though you will not have problems...
