Of course you have it and i have it too .. You have it because you didn't install super wallpapers from telegram or other source.. EU rom includes all apks and files needed , some users can't wait for next week's release and trying to update some system apks from telegram group or other sources...

You have to flash official miui rom first and you'll not have problems .. This can be happened if you come from AOSP , you need mi flash and official rom , then you can use EU rom without issues ..

No such an issue on mi 10 for me .. maybe it's something else , try to change superwallpaper , the only difference i can see on screenshots is this ..

No Way .. you'll brick your device , do not attempt .. Feel safety with Stable rom for monet , it is known when released that Monet will not have developer rom ..

Format data nothing to do with restore data .. If you restore data at most of the cases like that you will have issues ..

Just be patient , there is a rule about asking for new releases.. You just saw that there is a new update on telegram ( passed only 1 hour from this release ) but here is EU , when update is available here to download then you will find it , untill then be patient and don't ask for updates ...

Format data is mandatory to change from stable to developer even if it's the same android version.. nothing else ..

Probably you have the alarm notification turned off .. There is no issue like that on my Poco f2 pro ..

If your rom comes with fixed Safety net ( without root ) , then your issues probably are because of this change .. To fix this , try to uninstall all apps ( viber , WhatsApp , messenger , skype , etc.. ) that you have notifications issues and reinstall them again ..

If you read this thread you will find 15 more posts about this bug .. It doesn't matter if you have to hit cancel button , it doesn't appear continuously , only once after reboot .. If you don't want to see it that again , do not reboot your device until you flash next build .. Wait patiently...

Delete data and cache from those 3 apps .. reboot device and try again..
