Often these kind of issues are resolved when data from this app is deleted n app settings.

I have no issues and simply flashed/updated via recovery twrp. After that I updated twrp without any issues. For some apps it might make sense simply to clean their data/cache if there is an issue.

Maybe they change to unlocking 4 weeks and not 7 days :) No wonder I bought 13 Ultra for 800 EUR (12/256) via Trading Shenzhen and not regular German model (12/512) for 1500 EUR :) Thanks for the insights.
