You need China Dev Rom to unlock bootloader. Which version of MIUI is on your device?

First download official TWRP for kenzo (I think 3.0.2.1). Boot with quote command and flash TWRP official, after that it will work like a boss (try it with the same device and file).

Today I get Redmi Note 2 to fix the broken usb port. The Rom on the Redmi Note 2 is from xiaomi.eu but the last update is from 11/2015. So stock recovery but xiaomi.eu Rom... Need to flash TWRP or can I update like before?

I think you don't read any word in this forum. Pro means Snapdragon, prime means 32GB and 3GB RAM Mediatek.
