Mi10 zoom vangogh starts updating but than after some seconds goes back to Main Window TWRP. Fortunately it reboots with old Rom. Anyone with the same problem?

MI Cloud backup not working with xiaomi.eu rom on MI 8 but with Global Rom no problem. This is reported since 3 weeks but it looks like nobody is working on this problem? I will keep Global Rom now until this problem will be solved.

I made the factory reset and installed the Global Rom MI8Global_V10.0.3.0. With this version MI Cloud backup is working. Just to crosscheck I installed xiaomi.eu again: MI Cloud backup does NOT work. For me it is clear that this is an issue with the xiaomi.eu ROM.

Can not be the server. I have a Redmi 6 as 2nd phone and MI Cloud backup is working fine on this phone. This must be an issue of my MI8 or installed Rom on MI 8.

When I do a factory reset, will the local backup still be on the phone?

I have paid for additional MI Cloud backup space and I am really frustrated that there is no solution. Looks like I have to try a factory reset which is the last thing I like to do...
