For me MiUI 11 makes a good step forward in background services. All is running a little bit smoother and faster. My AnTuTu went from 300.000 to 350.000. There are no incredible new features but a lot of fine tuning. I´m happy with this rom.

Today my recovery (twrp 3.3.1-0) works extreme slowly. The start took a long time, the installation also. Never have had this before. The last installations took between 2 and 3 minutes, today around 15 minutes or more. Did anyone notice the same?

On my mix 3 all is perfect. Try to flash new, wipe cache, dalvik and system - not data. Maybe the dirty flash without wiping system is the reason. Finally the automatic brightness is working like earlier times.

For me .16 wasn´t working like before, .17 fixed that problem. Did you wipe system before flashing? I always wipe system, cache and dalvik, but not data. Maybe the incorrect adjusting of .16 is still making bugs, if you only have made a dirty flash.

Is it really necessary to wipe data? I thought, wiping system, cache and dalvik cache are enough?
