You also can boot to your other partition, where you are running Android 4,3. Copy the email app and exchange app from system _ app. Copy those apps to your sdcard. Boot again to kit Kat and install the 2 apps. If you can't do that, give me a pm, then I will send the apps to you

Just dowload the rom with your phone, no PC needed. Install the rom with the updater app.

Do a full wipe and install a new rom.

You tried a different charger? Non miui charger can give some problems with charging.

There must be some kind of error in your phone. Did you check which component uses the most battery? Mine m3 lasts at least a day on a battery
