Nee voor de xiaomi.eu rom heb je eerst een custom recovery (twrp) nodig. Zonder deze is de rom niet te installeren en als je bootloader locked is moet je deze dus eerst unlocken want zonder geunlockte bootloader kan je ook geen custom recovery installeren.

Natuurlijk kan ik je de juiste link geven. Je linkt trouwens ook naar een downloadbestand met mi3/mi4 in de titel, terwijl je een redmi 3 hebt, maar dat terzijde. zou wel eens verkeerd kunnen gaan als je probeert een rom te installeren die is bedoeld voor een andere telefoon. Ik wist niet eens...

Dit is niet de xiaomi.eu rom die je op je telefoon hebt staan. In de xiaomi.eu rom heb je geen Chinese tekens en ook niet de taalfouten die je nu tegenkomt. De fouten melden is dan ook niet nodig.

Do you have the same when phone is set to English language? If so I think you have no other choice to wipe data from recovery as well. Big chance it will solve it.

If the stable you have installed now is the official rom, yes. But to be able to have xiaomi.eu latest miui 7 stable on your phone you need to have custom recovery and unlocked bootloader so I assume you're on official rom.

Go to settings => installed apps, look for the app you want to set the permissions for and on the bottom it says 'app permissions', you tap it and you can see all the permissions and toggle them on/off. Option 2 is Security app = > Permissions => Permissions, and you can see all apps from there...
