Just in the same boat. After installed 8.11.11 on MI 8 SE. I cannot enter TWRP. Reboot to recovery mode from updater or using power + volume up bring me down to fastboot mode. I just tried to reinstall TWRP by using "fastboot flash recovery recovery.img" But no luck, always go to fastboot mode...
