Let me test also, I'm in the Netherlands so not sure if I can test it. Brb... Result: If I disable automatic timezones, change it, then reboot, the manual set TZ sticks. That's how it should work. The automatic timezone, I can't test it.

And all data from apps are gone... SO I need Titanium to restore all those. Now I know why I shouldn't clean flash... MIUI Backup failure on layout and system settings is beyond annoying.

Thanks for the though, as I noticed before, and now again... MIUI backup is NOT reliable. Apps get restored yes. But all system settings, layout, themes, are gone. And yes I checked everything during back up and everything during restore. I guess I have to relayout everything again. :mad:

Uhm. I guess I always dirty flash the weekly updates then, as I don't know what a clean flash would mean? I normally make a nandroid backup. And batch backup in titanium, miui backup too. Restart phone, disable / unstart auto apps. And then I flash. Should I wipe cache also then, before...

Nope still corrupting. Going to revert.

WhatsApp corrupt again. After titanium app only restore it works again. Then after reboot, corrupt again. I can now really reproduce it. I hope that tomorrow, after internal 04:00 back up, it will be okay again. It did last week, so maybe this week also.
