well. after trying several times, and through long wait, here is the logcat.

i don't know what exactly is 3-way reboot, but in my mi4c (smiui 6.1.28 based) i'm using simpleReboot from googleplay, that app enable me to a lot of ways of reboot, including to recovery

@sebsch1991 Hi, Sebsch, can you or anyone you could know do something in order of enablig some more lte bands of our mi4c's? We are using it almost through the whole world, the phone is wonderful as is your smiui, but most of us only have 3g connections. Some people needs band 20, others band...

all january builds for mi4c works ok. try clean reflash. i'm in 6.1.28 based now, with no trouble
