I have the same problem, it's not about the audio, it's about the cell signal... It helps if you choose on Preferred network LTE/CDWDMA. I live in Portugal, in a zone where the 4g and 3g signal is not that strong, and the phone tends to go GSM mode on calls, and as far as I could understand...

I have 6 hours SOT, but it's really heavy usage, it really depends on what you do with the phone... But believe me, 6 hours under heavy use is a miracle these days, I had a LG G4 and use to have 3 hours....
