Same for me! Battery draining in Mi5 is huge compared to latest dev Miui7. Clean instalation! Also the device is always warm to touch .. and heats at pretty every operation. Problems I didn't had in Miui7.

i have no problem. just dirty flash the rom over my 6.5.30 rom .. and wipe davilk and cache. Roms works good so far. I have previous calculator and the old camera app. but I don't mind.

Try to flash thru fastboot. It's something really really wrong there. It doesn't matter that you will lock BL again... this kind of battery drain is fishy.. For mi3 - Miui5 was one of the best rom's I ever see!

xiaomi.eu_multi_MI5_V7.3.10.0.MAACNDD_v7-6.0.zip is the latest one in miui7. If you ask for a changelog... well... .good luck! :) I haven't seen one.

If you don't wipe internal data, you will still have internal memory. But, just in case...do a full backup in computer.
