I found why it wasn't working. It's because of Google voice : if I disable "okey Google", it's working again. It's a known problem : I found the solution here.

Hello. No, I tried with an other app for music, and it did the same. Maybe there is a log file I can show you ? I used the original MI UI 10 for one month (I was waiting my phone unlock), I had no isssue when listening music. So, I think it a sofware issue.
