    Do you have Xiaomi.eu installed? if so look for app called Mi Fitness. if you are on stock, download app called Mi Fitness from Google Play store.

    I am sorry if this is a stupid question, I searched and couldnt find an answer. in a recovery image is there a way to check what the ARB is, I have seen how to check fastboot. Any help would be appreciated.

    Sounds like a hardware issue, a hard brick usually gets to the MIUI logo/ Fastboot and no further.
