After I play a video or something, I try listening to the Music and the Music controls on the lock screen of default theme stop responding. This issue can be found in the previous releases as well as this one.

Another bug from previous and current release, soft navigation buttons will disappear while entering or exiting an application. Workaround was to open an application, in my case, MX Player and the buttons usually come back. Otherwise, you'll have to restart the phone.

I used trickstermod app to regenerate mtp cache per someone's advice so its working fine. Also waiting for menu key at the lock screen to go away alongside with, I'll say again, that cursed 180 degree rotation.

Still the same problem as before on my LG Nexus 4. Connecting phone to the computer and no files are shown in internal storage but phone file explorer shows them all. Does anyone know a solution for this?

Try swiping downward with two fingers. Then give it some seconds to load for the first time. Its not perfect so you may have to restart system or reapply theme.
