Yeah any version other than China ROM Xiaomi calls it "Global" for some reason but yeah, you have the Global EU version (EEA), i wouldn't worry about calibration of the screen as long as you install the correct version for your phone. You can always make a backup of your phone before flashing...

Yes, it has a lot of hiccups at the beginning when you turn on or restart the phone but as long as you don't turn off your phone you will be fine
