Search for realking kernel for munch, it has kernelsu inbuilt. Make sure to unusual magisk first though before flashing the kernel. Then just install kernelsu manager app and install zygisk next as a module (+playintegrity fix).

You tried hide magisk app in settings? If your device kernel suports it, you can install kernelsu instead of magisk. It should be undetectable.

Yes, uninstall magisk (read the manual on how to do that) and install magisk-delta or alpha. Those are forks by different people. If your device supports kernelsu, that might be preferable as it's pretty much undetectable at the moment.
