Interesting, I did not know this fact and I was getting crayz about having not published the new stable rom by now.. What could be the reason of basing on to the Chinese rom instead of Global rom??

After rooting my Redmi 4/Prime, w/eu 8.2.1.0 rom, lost the function of OTG/MTP connection. There are several fixes, such as built.prop additions and flashing the fix. Though I tried the both but none worked even cancelled rooting... Any other permanent solution? Edited.. Sry OTG is working.

Thanks, I flashed it but, unfortunatelly, it did not work with my redmi 4/Prime and eu 8.2.1.0 rom.. Edited.. Solved by returning to the original built.prop and cancelling root..

It was fine and worked good after executing buid.prop addition as @blackbile advice . But I just noticed that it does not connect OTG/MTP again (meaning a few days later). I verified the added lines are still within the build.prop file.. What is the problem?

My redmi 4/Prime is already unlocked and loaded with eu 8.2.1.0 stable rom. As known Global Stable 8.2 rom for Redmi 4/Prime( markw) has been withdrawn now, My worry is if I should to downgrade to eu 8.1.3.0 rom or not? and if I can do it with wiping only cache and dalvic cache?? Any comment?
