sorry sebsch I didnt read the other replies. So your aries rom is also L based... I've noticed ivans 5.1 works well on our devices but xiaomi.eu MIUI multirom breaks TDB... Perhaps you've also noticed, if not you might want to have a look at why IVANS 5.1 rom is able to work well with TDB

sebsch, 5.4.3 MIUI multilanguage rom is lollipop based for mi2s, is that the same for your ROM? If so, does it also break TDB or did you find a workaround?

Installing this on mi2s breaks tdb. Any work around?

Did you wipe data before flashing?

As far as i know yes only v6. Cm11 works fine. 8cant seem to find any good guides for fastboot. I tried but the tools don't seem to work well

Hey sebsch1991, First of all I want to say thanks for picking up where Wajk left. I'm happy someone is still trying to improve the stock MIUI! Sadly whenever I run this rom, or the latest wiui I can no longer connect my phone to the PC using USB cable. Upon connecting USB cable my phone freezes...

I found that its my ROM different ROM on my other system partition works fine

I think my case is even worse: when I attach my phone to laptop with usb cable, my phone reboots and gets stuck in bootloop until I unplug the usb cable... If anyone has any idea why, please lemme know. it happens on win7 and 8.1 machines

Jose I had some issues too. Get GPSStatus from app store. Go to settings. Clear cache. Download latest agps and test again. It's working better for me now. Hope it will for you too

No I don't. Some questions: 1 Do you have tdb on? 2 did you flash wiui kk on top of Wiui jb or a totally different ROM like cm or pacman without any wipe?

it's not the icon that's the problem. There's just no GPS at all. I switch back to JB which doesnt have the problem. I reinstalled KK also but didn't make a difference. Waijk. Do you have any idea what I can do to figure out what's wrong with my gps?

Strange... I switch on gps in the notification/switches screen. When I use google maps or GPS Status app the gps tracking symbol/icon doesnt even appear on my notification bar.
