WeatherBZ app makes some change to the launcher which results in the launcher restarting everytime you press the wipe memory button...

Same here as of today. Problem solved! I uninstalled weatherBZ app and the problem is gone. It all started after installing this app. Adding it to autostart solved the restart on wipe memory error. Credits go to 'moderis'

Micha did you look at this? http://en.miui.com/thread-6929-1-1.html Android 4.3 by a xiaomi developer. Among the known issues there's nothing about the camera.
