Oh wow, it actually works on Mokee OS (a kitkat 4.4.2 ROM). I thought it only worked with MIUI roms, but it works fine on custom roms.

Oh wow, you're right. I googled "Mokee OS Screenshot" because there were no screenshots in the thread. I found weirdly themed screenshots so assumed that Mokee OS looked like that. So far I'm digging it, I'll edit my original post with my findings :)

Exactly my experience with this ROM. Watching YouTube video's also freezes the phone and reboots the device. Anyways, this is the first kitkat ROM that doesn't freeze my device after 2 seconds, so that's an accomplishment I guess. Thanks for your hard work m1cha :)

Create a backup in CWM and try it out? It should be compatible. If it doesn't work just reflash your ROM .zip, and if that doesn't work restore your backup and you should be all set.
